Lyndoch Living - 2 Marfell Road

There are eight different apartment types in the Lyndoch ‘Waterfront Living’ complex and all have water views over the Hopkins River.  The development was designed by Thomson Adsett and built by Behmer & Wright Pty Ltd.

The development has embraced the design and use of alternate building materials, such as precast concrete panels which have been textured to resemble timber panelling and tinted 12mm thick glass which protects privacy whilst maintaining efficient heating and cooling.

The landscaping was designed to capture excess run off and included underground drainage to distribute water to areas of the garden that were less exposed on a reticulated watering system.
