This house has been designed by Live Architecture and built by Joe Kelly Constructions. It has been designed with sustainability in mind – environmentally and budget. It is a small home on a small block and does not compromise on its outdoor and interior spaces. Expansive windows increase the spaciousness of the modest footprint. 

Adaptable spaces, ample storage and simple living are the keys to making this small space very liveable.The sustainability features are numerous and include recycled insulation batts and bubble wrap to internal and external walls; north facing living; wide eaves to optimise the sun in winter and minimise in summer; double glazed windows; cross flow ventilation; ceiling fans; hydronic heating; water harvesting; and a single green switch.
