Council is exploring road and pedestrian improvements in the Merri Street area, from the rail crossing on Wellington Street to the intersection with Liebig Street. Before we develop detailed designs, we would like to hear from people who live in and travel through this area, whether you walk, cycle, scoot, drive or catch public transport.
To help us design the improvements along Merri Street we want to know:
- How you use the area.
- How you would like to use the area in the future.
- What challenges you have when walking, cycling, driving, catching public transport or parking in this area.
- What is important to you about this section of Merri Street.
- What you would like to see improved.

We will use your information to develop detailed designs for the area that address the most important concerns in a financially responsible way. When we develop the designs for the area, we have to make sure that they meet the relevant Australian Standards.
