Provide your comments on the Draft Warrnambool Futures Land Use Strategy.
Council is developing a city-wide strategy which will outline how and where development can occur across Warrnambool over the next 20 - 25 years.
The municipality's population is projected to reach approximately 41,000 residents over the next two decades.
Warrnambool Futures aims to meet the needs of a growing population by addressing housing, commercial and industrial land use demand as well as infrastructure, transport and employment requirements, while incorporating climate-wise and climate resilient approaches.
Eleven land-use precincts have been created in the Draft Strategy to focus on localised actions. The map below shows the Draft Strategy precincts.

You can download and read the Strategy documents online, including the Draft Strategy, and the Background Paper Hard copies of these documents are also available for viewing at the Civic Centre City Assist counter, 25 Liebig Street Warrnambool.
