Have your say on the final Draft Bushfield-Woodford Strategic Framework Plan.
The Strategic Framework Plan aims to provide a long term vision and framework to guide land use and development and manage the future growth of Bushfield and Woodford for up to 20 years.
The Draft Plan has been informed by the community through an online survey, community drop-in session and feedback on earlier drafts of the Plan. We have also engaged directly with 11 stakeholder groups including Woodford Primary School, the Country Fire Authority, Telstra and Wannon Water.
We have finalised the Draft Plan considering community feedback, the results of bushfire and onsite wastewater management studies and new State Government guidelines on how the boundaries of regional towns should be managed.

How you can have your say?
- Make your comments using the survey at the bottom of this page. A hard copy survey can also be filled in at the Civic Centre 25 Liebig Street Warrnambool.
- Make a written submission - email it to [email protected] or post it to PO Box 198 Warrnambool Victoria 3280. Please add “Bushfield-Woodford Strategic Framework Plan” to the subject line.
- Drop in to the Your Say session at the Warrnambool Library - 11 am to 1 pm Wednesday 9th September 2026 to view the Draft Plan and provide your comments.
